At Ittadi Haircut Institute, we strive to ensure satisfaction with our training programs and haircut services. Please review our Refund Policy below for clarity on refunds and cancellations.

1. Training Program Refunds

Our “Learn Salon Work” training program has the following refund policy:

  • No Classes Attended: If you enroll in the training program but do not attend any classes, you are eligible for a 70% refund of the training fee (2000 Taka for 2 months or 8000 Taka for 1 month). You must notify us within 7 days of the program start date to qualify.
  • 1-3 Classes Attended: If you attend 1 to 3 classes and choose to withdraw, you are eligible for a 30% refund of the training fee. You must notify us in writing within 3 days of your last attended class.
  • More Than 3 Classes Attended: If you attend more than 3 classes, no refund will be issued, regardless of the reason for withdrawal.
  • Program Cancellation by Ittadi: In the event that Ittadi Haircut Institute cancels a program, a full refund will be issued.

2. Haircut Service Refunds

  • Haircut services are non-refundable once the service is completed.
  • If you are dissatisfied with a haircut, please inform us within 24 hours, and we may offer a complimentary touch-up at our discretion.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

3. How to Request a Refund
