Welcome to Ittadi Haircut Institute. By accessing our website, enrolling in our “Learn Salon Work” training program, or booking haircut services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

  • Ittadi Haircut Institute provides training programs and haircut services as described on our website.
  • All users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to enroll in our training programs or use our services.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

2. Training Program Enrollment

  • Eligibility: Trainees must meet the requirements outlined in the “Hairstylist Training” section, including payment of the training fee (2000 Taka for 2 months or 8000 Taka for 1 month).
  • Payment: Full payment must be made before the start of the training program. Payments are non-refundable once the program begins, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
  • Attendance: Trainees are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Missed sessions may not be rescheduled unless approved by the institute.
  • Certificate: A certificate will be issued upon successful completion of the program, subject to meeting all requirements (e.g., attendance, practical assessments).
  • Conduct: Trainees must maintain professional behavior during training. Ittadi Haircut Institute reserves the right to terminate enrollment for misconduct without a refund.

3. Haircut Services

  • Booking: Appointments for haircut services must be booked in advance via phone (01926877852) or through our website.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Service Quality: Haircut services are performed by trainees under supervision. We strive for excellence but are not liable for dissatisfaction with the final result.
  • Health and Safety: Clients must inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before receiving services. We are not liable for adverse reactions not disclosed.

4. Payment Terms

  • All fees (training or services) must be paid in full at the time of booking or enrollment.
  • Accepted payment methods include cash, mobile banking, or other methods specified by Ittadi Haircut Institute.
  • Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and training materials, is the property of Ittadi Haircut Institute and may not be reproduced without permission.
  • Training materials provided during the program are for personal use only and may not be shared or distributed.

6. Liability

  • Ittadi Haircut Institute is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during training or haircut services, except in cases of gross negligence.
  • Trainees and clients participate at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings.

7. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
  • Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
